Please type your name the way it is printed on your driver's license or state issued ID. This is needed for your class certificate. If you have no middle name just type N/A. Also, in the “message” area, include the class and date you are registering for. If you don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you'd like to pay for your class online, click HERE. Or pay via Venmo: @Scott-Peterson-PFT63. You may also pay the day of class (cash, check, Venmo, debit or credit card).
